Master of Public Policy: Creative Director & Community Engagement Strategist
Julio César Román is a Boston local artists, web designer, community engagement strategist, cultural broker, and social marketer and is responsible for the visual and artistic content and ideas for Noise and the City, community sound portraits project, and our noise report card. Currently, Román works for a High School in the Boston Public School system. He was the founding coordinator, manager, and youth development director at IBA-Inquilinos Boricuas en Action and few years later the Arts Director; Senior Program Director at Centro Latino, Chelsea, Mass; and Alumni Fellow at Year Up, Boston. Roman attended at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, where he received a Diploma in Fine Arts, Fifth Year Certificate, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts. He went on to study Social Policy, receiving a Master of Public Policy from Tufts University.
